Made a withdrawal of 450 € last weekend and have not received any updates since then. According to the customer service, while they are claiming to prioritize my case, they are having issues with processing any withdrawals in a timely manner at the moment. Would advise others to refrain from making any deposits for now until these problems are dealt with.
