Applying absurd verification requirements over my account
I currently have ~1.2 BTC in my account on Fortunejack.
I've sent them everything they requested that I could provide.
The last information they want from me is:
The key information (IP address, wallet address, amount withdrew).
I have so many transactions in my wallet that I can't possibly know which ones are for Fortunejack.
And the IP address of what I had when I signed up two years ago, I simply don't know that either.
So their result was to lock my funds and disable my account until I can provide that information.
I can send, passport, bills, selfies, whatever they want, but I simply don't have the information they are requesting.
This can't be OK for any casino.
A few weeks ago on a forum they promised to look into my case, and that it would only take a couple of days, but they haven't answered in weeks. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3463720.0
Adding that they first locked my account back in Februrary, and I've been dealing with their live chat and email support since then, who didn't want to help. So I thought I would take it to the forums.
