Refused to Pay LuckyJack Winner Despite Being Shown Evidence of Them As In the Wrong
On October 13, 2016, to my surprise, I checked my email and saw that my username was on the list of that day's lucky few who were selected for the LuckyJack drawing. I checked my account, and sadly, nothing was credited.
I contacted the livechat support, and was essentially told to go kick rocks by the unsympathetic person on the other end.
She informed me after a long pause (most likely due from attempting to procure an answer to unjustify my inquiry, since actual terms and conditions were not stated anywhere on the site regarding LuckyJack rules, terms and conditions) that I am required to click on the special button within the LuckyJack draw page in order to even be eligible to receive a prize, which, as indicated in my and other's screenshots of the only findable and visable terms and conditions pertaining to LuckyJack which I sent to them at the time in two correspondences, these "terms" she spoke regarding the LuckyJack promo are absolutely nowhere to be found. I explained this flaw to support very concisely and exactly only to be ultimately shoo'd away and ignored altogether.
In accordance with their own terms at the time which I have attached , the only requirement was to have deposited .01 BTC, which I certainly had, many, many times, and can provide the site's record of my transactions if need be.
I sent one last email to FortuneJack Support directly (attached) regarding my disapproval of the failure to award me, my feelings of being cheated and treated unfairly, and I once again outlined the problem.
However, here's the kicker for me:
FortuneJack Support did not even so much as respond. Not even a "we received your complaint and are working on it" acknowledgement.
All I could be was amazed as I was swept under the rug to be silenced and forgotten about, unfairly unpaid, ignored by the staff and scoffed at by live chat.
The biggest part of this issue, and what brings me cause to file my complaint now is this:
As of late, I've seen numerous people come fourth on AskGamblers saying that they were also winners, and were not credited, with these players citing the SAME EXACT reasoning, circumstances, and evidence which I had pointed out to them directly.
Then, I see FortuneJack comes through here and actually rewards these players the proper prize of 0.1BTC (and sometimes MORE!) and this I feel is likely ONLY due to the outcry given on a public forum, i.e., AskGamblers.
FortuneJack didn't want the negative publicity it would cause since AskGamblers is a very accessible forum, and just gave the complaining players who went public their "hush money".
It angers me to see FortuneJack actually respond and pay players who provided the (literally) same exact information and evidence of unfairness, which I provided via correspondence with FortuneJack live support and in an email directly to Support@FortuneJack.com which THEY SIMPLY IGNORED, and never mind that I had brought this to their attention MONTHS before these players and received nothing.
I have attached screenshots from the experience as evidence of my case and to demonstrate the dismissiveness of FortuneJack when I had brought this issue to their attention in private corespondance on October 13, 2016, many months before some people here had gotten to publicly do the same after noticing the issues.

The second screenshot is my unanswered email detailing my dissatisfaction with the situation and dismissive live support, which I had attached the LuckyJack T&C's to, demonstrating the lack of any information regarding the requirement of pushing any buttons to receive the prize.

It says alot about a company that only acts in your favor when the threat of bad publicity is the only reason for doing the right thing, and that is exactly why I'm here to once again try and collect what I should have received months ago when I addressed you privately.
