After a short inquiry, I can confirm that all the player's transactions has been confirmed yesterday and were already verified when the complaint went live. A very short delay was caused by the lateness of communication with the game provider player used to play on and was totally due to independence from our reasons.
I kindly ask to Decline the complaint so it has no effect on our General Score on Askgamblers, as the issue has been routinely resolved before even going public.
I am also attaching screenshots of verified withdrawals showing withdrawal times on the player's account.
