Hi it's been 24 hours since I am waiting they said it can take several Hours but it's been 24 hours already. They said they are checking my transactions. But my two withdrawal amount is 0.016 . It's small amount and it shouldn't take too much time . One of their customer expectations manager told no need of KYC for withdrawal . Now another manager Robyn said they can ask for kyc . I don't have any problem with kyc as well . But I think they are not willing to pay me and customer support providing false info . I have attached all screenshot and hope askgambler will take care of this

As I can confirm, the case was resolved yesterday, and withdrawals were verified. This was a routine procedure and routine check of a new player and was routinely resolved. I kindly ask to take this case into consideration and reject the complaint, so it does not reflect on the overall score.
