Withdrawal delayed due to more than more account

HI,

I have made a withdrawal request to FJ two days ago. They have sent me email regarding current withdrawal is going under standard security check. Aafter that they sent me email regarding KYC. I have KYC successfully, after doing KYCIi got email from FJ of that "Please be informed that your pending withdrawal has been released from our end. Funds will reflect on your wallet soon".

Soon after that I got following email:

"We are contacting you in regards to your account status. FortuneJack strictly enforces its policy of not allowing multiple accounts, and your account has been found to be associated with at least one additional account, which is considered illegitimate use of our website. In direct accordance with our Terms & Conditions, winnings obtained by a player found to have multiple accounts are considered illegitimately obtained and will not be credited to the player's account and/or voided. This applies to any additional Games or Services that you participate in with funds obtained from illegitimate website use.

Failure to meet the requirements of FortuneJack's security policies can result in any or all of the following security procedures:

- Withhold all active transactions until further notice.

- Withhold all existing financial resources at user's disposal.

- Permanently discard all associated accounts."


I never have more than one account... Kindly requesting to give me a justice..

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that FortuneJack Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

We have already shown all the proofs that showcase the TC violation, including the IP and Device matches. There's no reason to discuss this unless OP has a thing to prove with some sort of evidence rather than swearing to be right.


On top of it, we've another piece of proof that showcases the fact that there's a single person operating both of the accounts. As the emails used on those utilize the same naming pattern. Meaning that some of the numbers and the main characters of the username are identical. As we cannot legally share all the emails with the public, we're down to share it with AG as per the user's confirmation only.

As you said, the accounts were being operated on different devices and people around my IP address use fortune jack too, I can swear on my life that this isn't my account, as obviously the registerd numbers and devices are different, I really struggled to get this win, and I won't let it go because of false accusations, your proof is not subsequent enough, as I know a few people using FJ around me also....I've heard complaints on Twitter about fj stealing people's funds but I swear I won't let this go, because I know I am innocent.

Our community as well as the security department is aware of this complaint and has been following its updates for a while. We think there's nothing to be proven on our end as we have all the proofs that the OP has violated the official Terms and Conditions of FortuneJack. As per section 2.5 (Please see the attachment for the image), owning/operating multiple accounts, no matter if it is a family member, relative, or a friend is strictly prohibited and we have the legal right to terminate the account so as confiscate the funds associated to its illegal activities.

We've 2x proofs that indicate that ANSARISHOEB went against the rules. The first one is that there are two accounts (Sanzycrazy and ansarishoeb) operating under the same IP <IP removed>. On top of it, they're linked to the multiple devices that are commonly being used to execute certain activities among those usernames.

The following actions, termination of the accounts, and confiscation of its funds are against FortuneJack's Privacy and Policy and the decision on our end is the final statement to this complaint. We think the evidence along with the technical proof is enough to reject this complaint or have it closed promptly.

Unjustified confiscation of $1,825

On June 7, I registered on the site and made the first deposit of 1300$. June 8 After the game, I won and asked for money for withdrawal. Immediately received a notification in the mail - you need to pass the KYC verification. On the same day I passed it, and the next day I received a payment. Now my account is fully verified! It is important! On June 10, I make a deposit of 1200 dollars. I lose everything. June 11th I deposit $1900. I lose everything. June 16 I make a deposit of 2000 $. After the game, my account becomes 6375$. On June 20 in the morning I make a withdrawal request. Fortunjack won't pay out my money citing some standard check... June 21 in the evening they send me an email saying that my account was linked to some other account, which was previously blocked for some bad actions and now all my winnings are canceled! I that I can only take the deposit because they are so kind! As a result, my deposit was 6375 dollars, and they allowed me to withdraw only 4550 dollars!!! $1,825 was withheld!

I repeat once again - my account has been fully verified! While I was losing, Fortunjack turned a blind eye to everything??? Or was there no connection? But as soon as you saw a large amount on my account, you immediately didn’t want to pay???

Now my account is already blocked. Fortunjack covers his tracks very quickly. If you ask me to make new screenshots, I won't be able to make them for you. But I have done some.

Fortunjack is not consistent in his actions! A fully verified account suddenly decided to be accused of having links with some other accounts! Clearly a scam! Fortunejack, you can close the dialogue by mail! And here you will have to answer for your theft! In order to close this dispute, I demand the return of my honestly won money! Fortunejack, you have no right to steal money unilaterally like that! And then close the dialogue! I have verified my identity! You are obliged to carry out such a check on each account so that there are no matches! Then people will bet safely! Especially when I was losing at first, they let me bet. And as soon as I won, they refused to pay. For example, if I lost, then the Fortunejack remained in a very big plus and there would be no problems! It turns out a very tricky game!
