As part of a new years promotion, I won 50 free spins that were to be opened on New Years Day. On New Years day, I tried to open the spins but they could not be played and I communicated this to live support who told me that the issue would be resolved within 24-48 hours. After 15 separate chats with live support in which they continually told me that the issue would be resolved soon, it still hasn't been resolved. On 21/01/19 they credited me a new set of 50 free spins, telling me that the issue was resolved, but these spins also could not be opened or played. After so long, it seems like 0 progress has been made despite continual promises that the issue was being actively worked on.
