Refusal to credit free bet prize

I'm asking you to step in on my behalf on this issue as I'm not satisfied with the way FortuneJack have handled it thus far.
FortuneJack run a fantasy football style competition for the champions league, where you submit a team for each matchday and can win prizes for placing in the top 3 of all entrants. In the most recent leaderboard, I have placed in the top 3. This matchday ended on the 5th of May and I have attached both the leaderboard and terms and conditions of the competition.
As you can see, there are 3 separate prize categories; one for your overall aggregate placement of all game rounds with a prize pool of 3BTC; one for your placement in a singular matchday with a prize pool of 90mBTC and lastly one for your overall aggregate placement of all game rounds past the group stages of the champions league (to my knowledge) with a prize pool of 550mBTC.
I fall under the second category, coming joint 1st place for a singular matchday leaderboard (the most recent). If you would look further down the terms and conditions there are two clauses pertaining to my case:
"Free bets and tournament prize pool amounts will be credited to the participants in the period of 3-5 days after them being eligible." - bear in mind the matchday ended on the 5th of May, at the time of writing it has almost been 3 weeks.
"If two or more participants score the same amount of points (for the PER MATCHDAY + overall matchday + an overall leaderboard + player’s jackpot), prize amounts will be divided equally." - I am in a joint first position with 2 other players, I would like to ensure that I am paid an amount in accordance with their own rules. 90mBTC split 3 ways is 30mBTC each in the form of a free bet.
It is so frustrating watching the price of bitcoin tank in recent weeks with the knowledge that, in my eyes and as the terms clearly set out, prizes WILL be credited in a period of 3-5 days after results are calculated. I have talked to their live chat several times about this issue and have been told countless times that I can expect an update via email tomorrow regarding the issue, which never happened. The lack of transparency and answers are really bothering me. If they were to tell me the prizes are delayed and a date I can expect mine I would be perfectly happy with that, but they don't. Attached also are some chat logs so you can hopefully understand my frustration. In one, I was even told prizes have already been credited which is simply not true.

Now, I am told that the casino do not credit prizes after the "playoffs" by their own words. This is found nowhere in their own terms of the competition and outlined nowhere on the site. Separate chat logs even contradict this policy. I am told the decision of the casino is final and that they refuse to pay out my prize. They are failing to comply with the terms they set out, very dishonest in my view. I feel if anybody were to read these terms and then place in the top 3, they would firmly believe they have won a prize as I do. It's not unreasonable to have expected a prize.
To conclude, I am extremely unhappy with FortuneJack's responsiveness and transparency in regards to my concerns and as of now they are breaching their own terms and conditions which they have set out. I have waited patiently for nearly 3 weeks and been led down avenues that go nowhere. It took 3 weeks to get a definitive answer and it's a kick in the teeth.
I hope we can come to an agreement that satisfies both parties.
