Suspicions about Dice game

Dear ASKGAMBLERS team,
I used to submitted a complaint about Fortunejack dice scam, you told me I don't have enough data to prove it, now I have it. But Fortunejack team only sent me my lastest 2000 rolls, and refused to provided more. As a sample, I count and ananysis the data and found the issue.
The chart in this email shows clearly that the higher you bet, the higher the chance you lose.
To put it another way, your bet amount will influence the roll.
I'll list some data here: I played with payout 1.5-1.6, win chance 66-61.87%. The overall win chance of my lastest 2000 rolls is 65.3%, well, this is fine. But the win chance decrease while the bet amount is doubled:
Bet amount 0.001, win chance 65.5% (>65.3%)
Bet amount 0.002, win chance 66.8% (>65.3%),
---here is where the trick comes in---
Bet amount 0.004, win chance 65.0% (<65.3%),
Bet amount 0.008, win chance 63.4% (<65.3%),
Bet amount 0.032, win chance 64.3% (<65.3%),
Bet amount 0.064, win chance 55.6% (<65.3%).
See? The higher the bet, the lower the win chance!
We can see clearly the trend from 2000 rolls, the trend will be more clearer if the Fortunejack team can provide all my history.
If you insist the data is not enough, the Fortunejack should be obliged to provide enough data against my proof and conclusion.

Dear all,

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been in direct communication with the FortuneJack Casino management over the past couple of weeks in an attempt to reach to a fair and justified decision, based on rock solid and unambiguous proofs. Unfortunately, it appears that as per the FortuneJack management statement they are unable to provide complete gaming log referring to the disputed session on their Dice game which we consider to be quite controversial statement considering the relatively short period of time of just a couple of months. Therefore we have no other option but to close this complaint as Unresolved, and recommend to the player to forward their issue directly in front of the relevant regulatory body. As soon as AskGamblers Complaints Team is being notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.

In the meantime, complaint's title has been changed accordingly.

Case closed.

Dear @Askgamblers,

I am afraid my concern was right. I am here uploading the only file left we have, its not so specific, but all the wins and losses can be seen here. We wont have problem with issuing logs, but player is asking logs from way way long period ago and sadly full logs are only kept within 3 months in our company. We have issued the betting history before and we firmly believe that it is more than enough for an expert or an amateur to state that dice game is absolutely provably fair.

Please be considerate, the complaint is called "dice scam with proof" and do not mark it as unresolved. The complaint is about if dice on fortunejack is a scam or not and it clearly is not, please ask for additional expertise from a person who is insightful with provably fair games and theory of provability. We are even open to hold a skype conversation and thoroughly explain the principle of provably fair dice to trusted askgamblers expert.

Cheers,
David.

Dear @askgamblers,

Pardon for violation of Terms. Comment was not intended as yelling, all caps were used to make part of the sentence more visible and in flashlight. But I completely understand your action and apologize for violating terms.

Cheers,
David.

Unjustified confiscation of $1,825

On June 7, I registered on the site and made the first deposit of 1300$. June 8 After the game, I won and asked for money for withdrawal. Immediately received a notification in the mail - you need to pass the KYC verification. On the same day I passed it, and the next day I received a payment. Now my account is fully verified! It is important! On June 10, I make a deposit of 1200 dollars. I lose everything. June 11th I deposit $1900. I lose everything. June 16 I make a deposit of 2000 $. After the game, my account becomes 6375$. On June 20 in the morning I make a withdrawal request. Fortunjack won't pay out my money citing some standard check... June 21 in the evening they send me an email saying that my account was linked to some other account, which was previously blocked for some bad actions and now all my winnings are canceled! I that I can only take the deposit because they are so kind! As a result, my deposit was 6375 dollars, and they allowed me to withdraw only 4550 dollars!!! $1,825 was withheld!

I repeat once again - my account has been fully verified! While I was losing, Fortunjack turned a blind eye to everything??? Or was there no connection? But as soon as you saw a large amount on my account, you immediately didn’t want to pay???

Now my account is already blocked. Fortunjack covers his tracks very quickly. If you ask me to make new screenshots, I won't be able to make them for you. But I have done some.

Fortunjack is not consistent in his actions! A fully verified account suddenly decided to be accused of having links with some other accounts! Clearly a scam! Fortunejack, you can close the dialogue by mail! And here you will have to answer for your theft! In order to close this dispute, I demand the return of my honestly won money! Fortunejack, you have no right to steal money unilaterally like that! And then close the dialogue! I have verified my identity! You are obliged to carry out such a check on each account so that there are no matches! Then people will bet safely! Before leaving a complaint here, I corresponded on another forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5457112.0. It was there that I was offered to file a complaint with you. Fortunejack, in his uncertain answer, wrote something like this - we do not have any evidence, but the analysis of the behavior on the account allowed us to draw such a conclusion! If you look at my rates, then the answer Fortunejack will seem very strange to you! Approximately the same thought from the bitcoitalk community. Especially when I was losing at first, they let me bet. And as soon as I won, they refused to pay. For example, if I lost, then the Fortunejack remained in a very big plus and there would be no problems! It turns out a very tricky game!
