My account was suspended on February 14th. Before that I requested a withdrawal 0f 0.4btc. I received an email saying there is some withdrawal delay. A day after received an email saying that I have been involved in multi-accounting. They wrote various of things saying that they can take all the funds and so on. At the bottom of the email they said

I replied to their email explaining that I only have one account. I was quite expansive. However, they did not reply to my email. I waited for 10 days and wrote them one more email. But they ignored that one as well. I did not know what else I could do but then I found Askgamblers. I hope you can help me here.

However, I have not abused your promotions, this is hones mistake. And you accused me of multi-accounting which is not true.
One more thing, my question is why did you let me play and make my fourth deposit. You could have sent me an email before I was able to make the deposit. From the last bonus that I accepted I did not win, I lost everything. My funds that I won were by the fresh deposit which had no bonus, so at least you could let me withdraw this amount.

Using temporary numbers gained from third party websites is strictly prohibited, and in case of identification, action will be considered as a bonus abuse and therefore lead to suspension of the account. You have used bonuses and took advantage on our bonus system by using fake verification number, this lead to suspension of the account, as stated in rules. I am deeply sorry, but there is nothing I can do for you.
