Withdrawal failures


The operator has declined my withdrawal requests multiple times without reasons given via e-mail and the latest attempt has been pending since 30.8 totaling 996 euros. Via live chat I was told that the payments department has been informed to speed this up but still no payment. Multiple documents have been sent and approved and several bets placed without bonuses taken so it smells like financial troubles.
