Waiting for 250 euro since February 2024

Hello

I verified myself at FoggyBet, I won some money and I requested a withdrawal of 250euro at 10 February 2024. I sent them emails and they keep saying that my withdrawal is under inspection.

I have been waiting very long time. I was playing fair and didn't break any rules.

This company has a quite good rate here so I am surprise that I have problems with them.

Could You help me please? I am sending screenshot. Regards Michal

My withdrawal is late

I submitted a withdrawal request ( 550 euro ) on 21/12/2023, all my documents have been approved before withdrawal.

I have sent emails to customer service. they always get the same answer that they can't say when the money will come.

I have now been feeling I did not receive my funds for a long time.

Withdrawal requests get processed within 48 hours. I am now waiting 20 full days.

My dear friends I need your help to close this case as you helped me

I am refused verification

I am denied verification despite providing documents exactly as described by the casino.

Upon rejection of the initial document of the payment to Trustly, and my internet bill I was told:

"Sadly, the document you uploaded for the verification of your address and IBAN cannot be accepted due to the fact that it is a screenshot. You are kindly requested to download your original files in PDF format and attach the file or provide us with a photograph of a physical document, so we can review it properly. "

I posted my entire bank statement for the month of September which is the latest one available, in PDF format, as provided by the bank. It is not a screenshot, it is a PDF file. It is completely unedited. It shows my address and IBAN. Still, I am refused verification.

The operator has declined my withdrawal requests multiple times without reasons given via e-mail and the latest attempt has been pending since 30.8 totaling 996 euros. Via live chat I was told that the payments department has been informed to speed this up but still no payment. Multiple documents have been sent and approved and several bets placed without bonuses taken so it smells like financial troubles.

Delaying payment customer service not responsive

Hello,

I started playing at FoggyBet on 8/8/2023 and won some money.

I submitted the requested verification documents on the same day and also requested my withdrawal for the first time.

On 8/9/2023 my withdrawal request was cancelled by the casino and no info or email was given to me why. After contacting the chat they told me I should provide more verification documents (selfie with id). I provided them with that and they accepted them on 8/10/2023 after that I again requested a withdrawal for 1000€. On their FAQ it is stated that withdrawals will be processed in "Payments are processed in a time not exceeding 72 hours".

Now it's 8/15/2023 and it's been over 123 hours since I request the withdrawal.

I hope I can get through to the casino with the help of AskGamblers because FoggyBet customer support isn't helping at all. Only getting the same copy-paste answer from them day to day. I only wish that things proceed forward and I can get the money that I won.

Just to clarify I played raw money only, no bonuses freespins, or anything else.

My withdraw is late

First of all I would like to thank you for your earlier cooperation & help.

My issue started with Foggybet casino on 11/08/2023 after I finished the required wagering and I submitted a withdrawal request ( 226 euro ) on 11/08/2023, Anyhow, verification was accepted/finished i send list of documents attachment and withdraw time.

On daily bases I was sending them emails regarding my withdrawal, since 14/08/2023 but unfortunately it is still pending. Yesterday I received an email from the casino telling me that they can not say any schedule when my withdrawal was processed.

I have now been feeling I did not receive my funds for a long time.

I don't have anything against Foggybet, but I want my payouts. Foggybet info in chatbox tells.-attachment
