I am refused verification

I am denied verification despite providing documents exactly as described by the casino.

Upon rejection of the initial document of the payment to Trustly, and my internet bill I was told:

"Sadly, the document you uploaded for the verification of your address and IBAN cannot be accepted due to the fact that it is a screenshot. You are kindly requested to download your original files in PDF format and attach the file or provide us with a photograph of a physical document, so we can review it properly. "

I posted my entire bank statement for the month of September which is the latest one available, in PDF format, as provided by the bank. It is not a screenshot, it is a PDF file. It is completely unedited. It shows my address and IBAN. Still, I am refused verification.
