My account had been permanently closed
Hello,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding FijiCasino and the confiscation of my winnings totaling $3,013.
I registered, deposited, and played normally on the casino platform. My account completed full KYC verification the same day, and I was allowed to continue using the account without restrictions.
After winning $3,013, I submitted a withdrawal request and was informed that the withdrawal was processing.
Several days later, after following up with support regarding the withdrawal, I was suddenly informed that:
• My account had been permanently closed
• I was no longer permitted to use the platform
• My winnings had been voided
My concern is the following:
• FijiCasino allowed me to register, deposit, complete KYC verification, play, accumulate winnings, and submit a withdrawal request before taking any action.
• No restriction or warning was applied beforehand.
• The issue was only enforced after winnings had been accumulated.
I believe it is unfair and disproportionate to retroactively void winnings after allowing full gameplay and account verification to proceed normally.
I also note that my original deposit was refunded by the casino directly.
I respectfully request that AskGamblers review whether the timing and handling of this case was fair toward the player, particularly considering:
• verified account status,
• accepted gameplay,
• and the withdrawal initially being marked as processing.
