Closed account keeping money

I am filing this complaint against FatPirate Casino because they are withholding my withdrawal of 160,000 HUF. I requested the payout on March 15, 2026 (Transaction ID:

07d6aaac-869f-423c-818b-e102017fOfOf).

My account is fully KYC verified.

I have contacted support multiple times. Agents Viola and George acknowledged the delay and promised a quick resolution, but the status has been stuck on "Under Review" for 5 days.

Today, March 20, I received yet another template response from George without any specific timeframe for the payment.

This delay is unacceptable.

I have 3 withdrawals pending with Fat Pirate, since the 2nd, 3rd & 5th of October.

The total amount outstanding is €3299.01, €1500 in withdrawal ,and the rest remaining in the account as you can only have 3 active withdrawals at once, with a maximum of €500 each.

I have followed this up by email with them on a number of occasions, only to be fobbed off with 'We're working on your withdrawal' etc.

I have made a formal complaint, yet I have still not received anything.

I have attached screenshots showing all of the above.

I would very much appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I'm writing to express frustration over the delayed payments from FatPirate Casino.

My withdrawals have been pending far beyond the stated processing time. This is unacceptable and impacts trust.

Please resolve this promptly and ensure future payouts are timely.

I requested a withdrawal of 500e from FatPirate Casino on 13th of April and it's still in processing state...

When I contact live support, I always get the same answer that due to heavy workload, all payments are delayed and that they notified the relevant department about my issue... but nothing happens as days go by... and I always get the same answer...

After reading online reviews, I started to feel like it's a scam, although they have a PAGCOR license...

Can you help me get my money?

When I deposited and lost, they had no problem with taking my money....

I have been trying to withdraw 15,000 CZK for over 2 weeks, I withdrew 4,000 to the card, but nothing happened and we withdrew again to the bank account, still nothing happened. I can't withdraw more than 4,000, I want to withdraw the entire 15,500 CZK that I have in my account. I contacted 25 operators on chat. I contacted by email, I didn't receive any relevant solution. I want the fat pirate casino to send money to my account.

I have made a withdrawal from the casino two times. I used the same method to withdraw that I used to deposit my money.

Casino canceled my withdrawal on the 25th of December and told me the reason was an "issue with the payment provider" - that is hard to believe, because I paid it throw the bank's own internet banking and they told me.

After that, I made a new withdrawal on 26th December, on the same method, because I was told to do so by the support. Now the withdrawal was canceled again on 1 February.

On chat and email, they just tell me that we will do our best and you need to wait a bit longer. One worker told me that it had been open for 3 days. And they say all the time that they are in the timeline even if it has been 2 weeks since my first withdrawal.

I haven't yet received my payment.

The withdrawal is 2600 sek, and now it's just pending once more.
