I'm writing to express frustration over the delayed payments from FatPirate Casino.

My withdrawals have been pending far beyond the stated processing time. This is unacceptable and impacts trust.

Please resolve this promptly and ensure future payouts are timely.

My withdrawal was requested on Friday,15th August, and until today, I haven't received it.

Indeed the withdrawal was processed with 7 days of delay !!! but the way FatPirate treat his users is unacceptable.
I have directly asked the closure for my account.

Delayed withdrawal of 160000 HUF

I am filing this complaint against FatPirate Casino because they are withholding my withdrawal of 160,000 HUF. I requested the payout on March 15, 2026 (Transaction ID:

07d6aaac-869f-423c-818b-e102017fOfOf).

My account is fully KYC verified.

I have contacted support multiple times. Agents Viola and George acknowledged the delay and promised a quick resolution, but the status has been stuck on "Under Review" for 5 days.

Today, March 20, I received yet another template response from George without any specific timeframe for the payment.

This delay is unacceptable.

Fat Pirate Casino - Withholding payments for days

Good afternoon.

I hope you are well.

I have 3 withdrawals pending with Fat Pirate, since the 2nd, 3rd & 5th of October.

The total amount outstanding is €3299.01, €1500 in withdrawal ,and the rest remaining in the account as you can only have 3 active withdrawals at once, with a maximum of €500 each.

I have followed this up by email with them on a number of occasions, only to be fobbed off with 'We're working on your withdrawal' etc.

I have made a formal complaint, yet I have still not received anything.

I have attached screenshots showing all of the above.

I would very much appreciate your assistance with this matter.

Should you require anything more from me, please don't hesitate to ask.

FatPirate Casio - Withdrawal still processing since April 13th

Hi,

I requested a withdrawal of 500e from FatPirate Casino on 13th of April and it's still in processing state...

When I contact live support, I always get the same answer that due to heavy workload, all payments are delayed and that they notified the relevant department about my issue... but nothing happens as days go by... and I always get the same answer...

After reading online reviews, I started to feel like it's a scam, although they have a PAGCOR license...

Can you help me get my money?

When I deposited and lost, they had no problem with taking my money....

Can't close account

Hello, my complaint is about Fatpirate casino. I have asked to close my account 25 times, they answered me 2 times why I want to close my account. I wrote that I am not satisfied with the casino and my playing here is not safe. No one answered me further. I wrote to email support and chat. Please help me close my account.

Can't withdraw from fatpirate

I have been trying to withdraw 15,000 CZK for over 2 weeks, I withdrew 4,000 to the card, but nothing happened and we withdrew again to the bank account, still nothing happened. I can't withdraw more than 4,000, I want to withdraw the entire 15,500 CZK that I have in my account. I contacted 25 operators on chat. I contacted by email, I didn't receive any relevant solution. I want the fat pirate casino to send money to my account.

Closed account keeping money

Hello, I can not access my fat pirate account for 2 months. They closed it to me from one day to the next without any valid reason, I played on this site only sports betting. I contact them for 2 months by mail, the only answers they gave me are to clear my cache of my browser to log in while my account is blocked. They haven’t replied to my last email. I expect from them at least to be able to consult my balance and recover it in full, I know that it is complicated to continue playing on this kind of site when you are a winning gambler but keeping my money is totally illegal. I also note that I have had the same problem on the same date at 7 other sites.

You will find a proof of my inability to connect in attachment and screens of our exchanges by mail.

Withdrawal declined twice

I have made a withdrawal from the casino two times. I used the same method to withdraw that I used to deposit my money.

Casino canceled my withdrawal on the 25th of December and told me the reason was an "issue with the payment provider" - that is hard to believe, because I paid it throw the bank's own internet banking and they told me.

After that, I made a new withdrawal on 26th December, on the same method, because I was told to do so by the support. Now the withdrawal was canceled again on 1 February.

On chat and email, they just tell me that we will do our best and you need to wait a bit longer. One worker told me that it had been open for 3 days. And they say all the time that they are in the timeline even if it has been 2 weeks since my first withdrawal.

I haven't yet received my payment.

The withdrawal is 2600 sek, and now it's just pending once more.

Missing funds 141 blackjack

On Monday 20th january 2025 i played 2 hands blackjack gold saloon 1 (Evolution table) and the first game with Game id 18 02 33 BET ID 77266047201 placed a bet 87€ and my hand was 20 and i decided to cash out at 122€ but the amout was not added to my account balance

After the 2 games i contacted Evolution Live support at the gold saloon 1 table and i explained everything as i mention above and they gave me an CASE ID SD-4732652 and i have to contact the Fatpirate costumer support

They told me they sended my cause to the financial departement and they will solve this very fast but today we are the 23th january and the total missing win of 141 is still not added to my account

Please help me to solve this cuz the costumer support says only i have to wait longer and longer but they dont fix it at all
