Hi. Waiting already 2 weeks for withdrawals. I have 2 pending withdrawals for total of 500 euros.They are delayed without any reasons.I have contacted help chat,and support by emails several times.Everyday I got the same answer: financial department is busy and thats why my withdrawals are delayed.Account is already verified and thats why I dont know the reason for delay.

Waiting 1 week for withdrawal

Hello i have been waiting 1 week for my withdrawal. On live chat assured me 3 bussines days now its five past and 1 week since the request. I contacted the live chat twice now and i always get the same answer. I played only raw bets with no bonus or anything. Please help me process tgis withdrawal with this casino. Thank you very much

Fat Pirate Casino wont not pay

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint against Fat Pirate Casino (fatpirate1.com).

The casino currently owes me a total of €1,300 in pending withdrawals. I submitted several withdrawal requests via Revolut bank transfer, but all of them have remained in “In Progress” status for an extended period without being processed.

The pending withdrawals are:

* €500 requested on 15/06/2026
* €500 requested on 16/06/2026
* €300 requested on 17/06/2026

The total amount owed is €1,300.

My account has sufficient balance, and the casino has not provided a valid explanation for the delay. The withdrawals remain stuck in the verification/processing stage.

I have attached screenshots showing the withdrawal requests and their current status.

I kindly request your assistance in contacting the casino and helping me obtain my funds.

Delayed withdrawal of 160000 HUF

I am filing this complaint against FatPirate Casino because they are withholding my withdrawal of 160,000 HUF. I requested the payout on March 15, 2026 (Transaction ID:

07d6aaac-869f-423c-818b-e102017fOfOf).

My account is fully KYC verified.

I have contacted support multiple times. Agents Viola and George acknowledged the delay and promised a quick resolution, but the status has been stuck on "Under Review" for 5 days.

Today, March 20, I received yet another template response from George without any specific timeframe for the payment.

This delay is unacceptable.

Fat Pirate Casino - Withholding payments for days

Good afternoon.

I hope you are well.

I have 3 withdrawals pending with Fat Pirate, since the 2nd, 3rd & 5th of October.

The total amount outstanding is €3299.01, €1500 in withdrawal ,and the rest remaining in the account as you can only have 3 active withdrawals at once, with a maximum of €500 each.

I have followed this up by email with them on a number of occasions, only to be fobbed off with 'We're working on your withdrawal' etc.

I have made a formal complaint, yet I have still not received anything.

I have attached screenshots showing all of the above.

I would very much appreciate your assistance with this matter.

Should you require anything more from me, please don't hesitate to ask.

FatPirate Casio - Withdrawal still processing since April 13th

Hi,

I requested a withdrawal of 500e from FatPirate Casino on 13th of April and it's still in processing state...

When I contact live support, I always get the same answer that due to heavy workload, all payments are delayed and that they notified the relevant department about my issue... but nothing happens as days go by... and I always get the same answer...

After reading online reviews, I started to feel like it's a scam, although they have a PAGCOR license...

Can you help me get my money?

When I deposited and lost, they had no problem with taking my money....

Can't close account

Hello, my complaint is about Fatpirate casino. I have asked to close my account 25 times, they answered me 2 times why I want to close my account. I wrote that I am not satisfied with the casino and my playing here is not safe. No one answered me further. I wrote to email support and chat. Please help me close my account.

I started a withdrawal more than a month ago but they are just wasting time. They have also checked my account. I have sent all the documents I need and of course they have accepted them. Can't withdraw from fatpirate

I have been trying to withdraw 15,000 CZK for over 2 weeks, I withdrew 4,000 to the card, but nothing happened and we withdrew again to the bank account, still nothing happened. I can't withdraw more than 4,000, I want to withdraw the entire 15,500 CZK that I have in my account. I contacted 25 operators on chat. I contacted by email, I didn't receive any relevant solution. I want the fat pirate casino to send money to my account.
