FatPirate Casio - Withdrawal still processing since April 13th

Hi,

I requested a withdrawal of 500e from FatPirate Casino on 13th of April and it's still in processing state...

When I contact live support, I always get the same answer that due to heavy workload, all payments are delayed and that they notified the relevant department about my issue... but nothing happens as days go by... and I always get the same answer...

After reading online reviews, I started to feel like it's a scam, although they have a PAGCOR license...

Can you help me get my money?

When I deposited and lost, they had no problem with taking my money....
