Delayed payment, terrible support service
Hi All,
In December 2014 I won a fair amount of money. I verified my account and cashed out the money. Now it's already the 5th of march and still I havent received the money. Last week they promised me in an email that I'd be paid latest by the end of the week. I'll copy paste the email which I received:

We just wanted to inform you that your payment will be processed by the end of this week.
At the end of last week i still didn't get the money. So after this i asked them again please send me the money. This time I spoke with Katie in the livechat. She promised me again to send me the money Monday. Again I didn't receive it.
At Tuesday I contacted them again and then they told me they'd send it Wednesday or latest Thursday before 12. Well and again I didn't receive it.
Hopefully this is going to help me and they will finally send the money to me. I never had to do so much effort to get my money. Are they out of money?
