Contrary to their name they are extremely SLOW on my payment


I made a withdrawal after depositting 100 euros and being met with a 100% match bonus, I played slots for a while, managed to get through all of the wagering requirements with money left over! hooray

So I made the withdrawal on the 9th march, Got a letter requesting my documents, sent off my documents... So was expecting the money any time within that next week like any other casino.

So here we are on the 26th March Still recieved nothing, everytime I email I get a response saying its still under review by management. Everytime I go on live chat I get told the payment team arent there!

Im really worried about my money now and would like some sort of indication of when theyre planning on paying me!

Everytime I go onto the live chat, the person on the other end cant contact the payments department, tells me that theyre not answering, it is amazing how much of a shambles this casino is. There should be a warning out to all Gamblers about FastLane

Slow payment

Hi,

In January I join Fast Lane Casino through the exclusive Askgamblers bonus. I follow the promotion terms, comply the wagering, and cashed out my winnings on the 17/01.

I wait two weeks and ask them how long would take to completed the payment process. Then they ask for my documents, that i sent, and my account was verified pretty fast. They said that my payment would be process by the end of that week (first week of february). I wait, and two weeks later (18/02) i ask again for my payment and they answer again that my payment would be process by next week.

So more 2 weeks have passed and im still waiting.

I hope Askgamblers can help me receive the money.
