Excessive 35 BTC Withdrawal Delay

Straight to the point: I have had a ~35 BTC withdrawal pending for three days, now going on four. The following is why the delay is more than concerning.
1. I have deposited ~182 BTC into this casino within a relatively confined time period. The casino was credited those funds instantly. They are unable to process a withdrawal for an amount that equates to roughly 1/6th of what I have deposited.
2. I have, over the course of the past three days, been led to believe things that ultimately amounted to nothing more than a wild goose chase......
---For example, I was told yesterday evening the withdrawal would be processed within a few hours-False
---For example, the VIP manager direct messaged me stating that he essentially was personally overseeing the withdrawal, that the withdrawal was in the final stages (whatever that means ), and I should expect it in my account shortly-False.
For example, one day one Live Chat Support Agent will explain that the delay is because the game provider has to check the game log in order to ensure that there were no errors or cheating. 8-10 hours later, likely once the support agent has changed, a completely new reason is provided; such as, administration needs to review and approve because of the amount.
Long story short, when a casino is acting like this you can assume, at least in my opinion, they are being less than truthful with you. In other words, they are delaying in an attempt to recoup some of that withdrawal prior to sending it to the you as the player or for other self-motivated reasons. (You may be wondering why I consider myself qualified to make such assertion....I have been a VIP player at numerous places and have come accustomed to dealing with all the "tricks of the trade" these places use).
Ultimately, the numbers speak for themselves. 182 BTC less 35 BTC less my other withdrawals leaves FortuneJack with a relatively hefty profit and certainly plenty of funds to process this withdrawal that is currently over three days pending. For everyone's sake, lets hope they get it resolved soon.
Please see the files attached proving the pending state of the withdrawal (timestamped), along with proof of deposits. I have numerous other documents ranging from direct message conversations with VIP staff to Live Chat conversations with everyday support; all of which provide further credence to the delay being a calculated measure rather than an anomaly.
Any assistance or shared similar experiences with FortuneJack would be appreciated. If you would like instant withdrawals of funds and consider yourself a mid-high limit player, go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

In order to remain as unbiased as possible, it should be known that I was credited 1 BTC as a "sorry" for the delay. I can't decide if that is more if a slap in the face or an actual peace offering. 1 BTC vs. 35 BTC......aren't really in the same ballpark.
Secondly, they passively advertise the ability to handle withdrawals up 100 BTC without invoking their right to split the payments over a longer time period, which further baffles as to why this is such an issue for them to handle. 35 BTC isn't even close to that 100 BTC threshold.
