Credit card verification and pending payment issues

I deposited $50 with a paysafe card and I went to play a game and all I got was a black screen with red lettering saying {{mec.header.tags}} I cant contact support or even get on the site everytime I try I get that black page. Can someone please help I sick and tired of losing my money because of casino error. It's not fair. Please fix this problem or return my money back to my paysafe card

Good evening, So today I wanted to ask livechat representative to close my account on Enzo Casino. I was surprised when the representative told me to cancel my pending withdraw and continue playing to win more. Even though I kindly asked to close my account. This is what happend today: - Created my account and deposited 25 euros. With this first deposit I made another 25 euros. So I asked to withdraw 50 euros. - I made a second deposit of 25 euros. Made another 100 ish euros. For me to withdraw this amount I had to cancel my previous pending withdraw. Which I did. Eventually when I tried cashing out around 150 euros, it wouldn't let me because it said I exceeded the withdraw limit amount. Even though I had over 150 euros in my account. - When the second withdraw didn't work I decided to play on more, which was stupid. I lost more. Eventually I ended up with 5 euros profit. I tried withdrawing this amount, and it worked right away. I feel cheated by the casino, and it probably has the worst customer support service. No one can push a player to gamble more, when they want to quit and close their account.

Dear madams and sirs, as i know this would happen, im kind of not surprised and will state my facts as good as i can. 1) I deposited 20 euro on enzocasino and got a 400% bonus in total of 80€ as i read something about 33x wager i was wondering when i first checked my wager status i had something like 7600 left to wager, which is a ridiculous amount of 100X 2) i really managed to wager this money with a total max betsize of 3.75 on the game GANGSTER GAMBLER 3) i requested a withdrawal, but this was cancelled, cause i somehow should have broken the bonus terms. after i read that i wrote the chat operator named STEFFI and she called me, telling my i broke the terms cause i transfered some loyalty points into money and played and surpassed their 30% bonus terms maxbet rule. Now the weird part kicks in: i transfered the loyalty points AFTER i withdraw my money SEE SCREENSHOTS: i cant get why they deny my funds AFTER i played with the loyalty money. there are absolutly two different balances. So lets get this n the open air. For two weeks now I've been fighting to get an awnser to my bonus issue on Enzo casino. During the christmas weekend I signed up for a 250% bonus and 25 freespins on betsoftgames through this site. I deposited 25EUR and got 62.5 EUR in bonus. (Thank you very much for hours of fun) In my first contact with the casino support they had trouble with adding my 25freespin bonus. Insted they thrown in a 7EUR bonus. Later on the support found a way to add the freespinns. So I did got both 7EUR and 25freespinns. Ok I thought and checked the terms and realized that my largest bet on THAT 7 EURbonus would be 2.1EUR ( max bet. 30% on given bonus according to their T&C ) So I wagered and those 7EUR was soon gone. No higher bet than 2.0. So I started to play with my 250% and wagered higher than 2.1 cours my current bonus was 62.5 EUR and the wagering limit was then 18.75EUR. I won 700EUR -deposit 25EUR - All my wagering requirements are fullfilled according to support No problem with my freespinns BUT my 7EUR bonus has been Over betted so the only thing on my account now is my deposited 25 EUR. Fine I say. I'll check it out. I double checked my wagering in the game history and it seems strange. When my 7EUR bonus is ended ( no bonus money left on the 7EUR bonus) I still have a good 74!!!! And when I couldnt find it in their T&C she told me that it is not written in the T&C . Now the story goes on and on and I hope that with this publication I will get an awnser to what Ive done wrong. In what way I have broken their rules cours I cant find any violation at all. I need proof and they refuse to give me that. Simillar complaints have been made by other gamblers on their sistersites. Hi, So i made 40 euros deposit in this casino and recived 150 % bonus. So i started playing with 100 euros. Never played stake above 3 euros and got throught the bonus with 720 euros. So my troubles first started when i wanted to cashout i could cashout only 660 euros. So this 150 % bonus is not cashable like it states on askgamblers. Now i been waiting for 5 days of pending withdrawl only to recive mail that my cashout has been declined due to bonus terms violation.
