Withdrawals not paid, excuses galore
To AskGamblers, I submitted a withdrawal request of a mere $600 5 days ago now and despite the fact my account is fully verified, there is no sign of it being paid. What makes matters even worse is there is no indication when it will be paid. I have been on chat numerous times and requested to speak to management and have been told they are in meetings. I then asked which Gaming commision they hold their supposed licence with and was told this was confidential information. What more can I say really? This is a poor to say the least and I fear that my withdrawal will never be paid. Please help!
