Unpaid $990 Withdrawal
On 7 July 2018 I made a withdrawal request for $960 and as no funds have been received went to check my account to see $960 balance in my account, notwithstanding the withdrawal request was shown as "accepted". I tried to withdraw the funds again but was not able to get past the verification page, which was all verified. I went to the Chat line and was advised that the Casino was changing payment methods and I needed to make an further deposit on my Visa card to enable the withdrawal payment to be made to me, noting prior withdrawals had been paid direct to my bank account. I therefore deposited a further $30 but when trying to withdraw the $960 again I was stuck at the verification page. Further discussion with the Chat line was not helpful as I was continually cut off mid discussions. I have sent a further request to their security by email but have not had a response. I am very concerned as at no time was I advised by the Casino that Australian residents could not participate and I dont know how I am to get my funds of now $990. I have attached screen shots of some of my conversations with the chat line this evening.
