Unpaid $990 Withdrawal


On 7 July 2018 I made a withdrawal request for $960 and as no funds have been received went to check my account to see $960 balance in my account, notwithstanding the withdrawal request was shown as "accepted". I tried to withdraw the funds again but was not able to get past the verification page, which was all verified. I went to the Chat line and was advised that the Casino was changing payment methods and I needed to make an further deposit on my Visa card to enable the withdrawal payment to be made to me, noting prior withdrawals had been paid direct to my bank account. I therefore deposited a further $30 but when trying to withdraw the $960 again I was stuck at the verification page. Further discussion with the Chat line was not helpful as I was continually cut off mid discussions. I have sent a further request to their security by email but have not had a response. I am very concerned as at no time was I advised by the Casino that Australian residents could not participate and I dont know how I am to get my funds of now $990. I have attached screen shots of some of my conversations with the chat line this evening.

Apologies anyone reading for my delay in responding. Funds have now been received into my bank account as advised by the Casino, not my Visa account. Notwithstanding the problem of initial delay of withdrawal was resulting from an upgrade to the new visa withdrawal availability, and rather than a $10 cost to receive the funds to my account the cost was $16 I am just happy to have the funds. Thank you to Askgamblers for their assistance in this receipt.

Thanks for bringing the matter to our attention and apologies for the delays you’ve experienced. Your bank withdrawal of $960 was returned to your casino account as our bank transfer option was going through a maintenance and upgrade phase, to better serve our customers – this is now up and running again.

We suggested Visa withdrawal as an alternative during your chat with us as it was recently introduced as a new pay-out option and it is an easier and cheaper way to pay your winnings.

Anyhow, we have now processed your withdrawal of $960 and you should be receiving the funds in the next few business days.
