It has now been 3 days and I still haven't received "approval" for winnings.
Everytime I email or speak to live chat they come back with the same excuse "Sorry we have a high volume of withdrawals at the moment"
I find this frustrating as on their website it states 24 - 48 hours for the funds to be sent.

Please confirm if the issue has been resolved. Be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as resolved and your complaint will be closed accordingly. Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS terms providing updates in a timely manner is a must.

The player has submitted the withdrawal request on Jun 17, 2019. However, due to the high volume of withdrawal requests we encountered during that period, we only manage to approved the request on June 21, 2019.
The withdrawal was successful and have informed the player accordingly.
