EmuCasino = No Payment Available, Delay After Delay


Requested VISA payment - cancelled - no explanation, money reappears in my account, as per T&C's request Bank transfer - again cancelled. This time because my "bank" was going to charge me $20. By the same time telling me my specific bank (ANZ) does not accept card transfers. I authorise $20 charge for bank deposit and I hear nothing, despite instant chat being online with one of the single named girls. Ask the same question in live chat and they don't deal with withdrawals despite it being an option when you go into it. I have to reply to the email. Please see email and transaction history attached. Seems there is no way to actually receive funds. Hope you can help.

Thank you for highlighting your concerns. We did notify you on both occasions by email that we had cancelled your withdrawals. The first cancellation was a bank transfer and the second cancellation was a Visa withdrawal.

The reason we cancelled your bank transfer withdrawal request was because we know customers would like to receive their winnings as soon as possible and recently our bank has changed their processing policy which increases the turnaround time which means you now receive your funds within 7-10 working days compared to the previous of 3-5 working days, so the cancellation was meant for you to put in card withdrawal request so that you get the funds quicker and without any bank charge imposed by your bank as explained in the email we sent.

The Visa cancellation happened because unfortunately your bank (ANZ) does not provide the pay-in service which we too explained in the email. As you are aware we have subsequently processed your bank transfer withdrawal request after you have acknowledged that you only bank with ANZ and do not have any other cards.

We understand your concerns on the multiple correspondences we had and the cancellations but we hope our explanations put your concerns to rest. The payment has already been processed and you would be receiving it within the next 7-10 workings days.
