Money being withheld, won't let me withdraw my winnings for last month


I have been trying to get a withdrawal from emu for the last month but still getting withdrawal declined by the casino. I ask support why this is and they have been telling me my account is not verified and that I'll need to wait for payments and security to contact me. Issue is my account is verified and all my documents have been approved. I have shown them all the pictures of my documents approved and picture showing my account is verified but that keep saying that it is incorrect and they are waiting to verify a card which they already have. I resent them photos of card and bank statements of the card and where my deposits had taken place when using it at there casino. But no reply from them on this matter and that was a week ago. I then talk with support who tell me they can't help cause this isn't there department but to contact them on email and they will reply shortly. Which hasn't happened. I've stated to them these were accepted already and send them appropriate pictures showing this and they keep telling me I need to wait on payments.

Even though everything is verified they still won't allow me to withdraw because of documents waiting to be looked at even though they've seen them before and ticked them off. They are just hoping I'll punt it all back into there casino so they don't have to make this withdrawal and give me the winnings that are rightfully mine.

I have continuously contacted them and can't connect to live chat as they seem to have banned me from chat. All I want is to withdraw the winnings I'm owed but they are declining it at every time for no legit reason. I shall upload documents showing my account status

Thank you for highlighting your concern.

Unfortunately the verification process has taken longer than usual as we could not verify the owner of the card as your name is not present on the card. As a substitute and to expedite the verification process we had then requested for bank statements however the documents you provided did not meet our requirements and upon receiving a set of bank statements we could not proceed with the verification process as they were on clear.

Account verification is a standard licensing procedure which has to meet certain quality standards and applies to all customers, we have no interest in hoping you play through your balance. When a players account is fully verified, all customers may make withdrawals.

Upon receiving clearer copies of your bank statements, we have now fully verified your account. Let us know if you have any other concerns.
