Delayed payment of $1950
I originally requested 2 withdrawals on 23 & 24 July for a total of $1,950. After waiting 7 days, my withdrawals were rejected. I contacted the casino and was told to provide a Visa card or I would be charged a $20 withdrawal fee. I don’t have a Visa card and had to beg them to process my withdrawal as a direct deposit as per every other withdrawal I have ever made.
Finally after requesting my withdrawal for the second time, the status of my withdrawal moved to “accepted” on 1 August but despite this status no money has appeared in my account. I have contacted the casino and they will not respond to any emails. I contacted live chat and have been told 3-5 days is normal but in this instance it may take 10 days. I have checked online with every international transfer method and have been told 2-4 days is all it takes for my withdrawal to be cleared in my account. This is now 18 days from my original withdrawal request and still no funds have arrived. Each time I contact the casino I’m told 10 days from the day I am talking to them.
I fear my funds may never be paid out. This is the last time I play online with Emu.
