Delayed payment of $1950

I originally requested 2 withdrawals on 23 & 24 July for a total of $1,950. After waiting 7 days, my withdrawals were rejected. I contacted the casino and was told to provide a Visa card or I would be charged a $20 withdrawal fee. I don’t have a Visa card and had to beg them to process my withdrawal as a direct deposit as per every other withdrawal I have ever made.
Finally after requesting my withdrawal for the second time, the status of my withdrawal moved to “accepted” on 1 August but despite this status no money has appeared in my account. I have contacted the casino and they will not respond to any emails. I contacted live chat and have been told 3-5 days is normal but in this instance it may take 10 days. I have checked online with every international transfer method and have been told 2-4 days is all it takes for my withdrawal to be cleared in my account. This is now 18 days from my original withdrawal request and still no funds have arrived. Each time I contact the casino I’m told 10 days from the day I am talking to them.
I fear my funds may never be paid out. This is the last time I play online with Emu.

We are glad that you have received your winnings, we truly understand the frustration that you experienced and we acknowledge that there was a delay and as you were aware it was a one off situation that was beyond our control.

We made every attempt to expedite your withdrawal however we were advised by our bank that they were unable to expedite the process as it’s an international bank transfer and like any bank transfers it would need to take its course to arrive in your account which is 7 to 10 working days.

The experience has been far from ideal, however we always strive to serve our customers better in every way we can and we hope our urgency in handling the matter has extenuated the incident.

Again we are sorry for the inconveniences this has caused you. As a sign of good will, given the nature of your issue, one of our customer support team will be in contact, to offer you something to help compensate you.

Finally after 3 long weeks of waiting I have received my withdrawal request. What has been unacceptable is the lack of communication with me regarding my request.

Understandably Emu have had an issue/upgrade to their payment system. This has resulted in a series of complaints and long delays for almost everyone who requested a withdrawal over the past month.

To have my withdrawals cancelled after 7 days was poor service. You communicated to me after the cancellation and asked for a Visa card, which I don’t have. This caused further delays for me.

After this i was promised I would receive my money by the 10th August but again no money was received and no communication from you was received. Your team knew that my withdrawal was impacted and had to be reprocessed on the 8th, but again no communication was sent to me regarding this. When I contacted your very unhelpful live chat, I was fed some sort of automated paragraph about there being a delay with the processing of my withdrawal. No answers or information were forthcoming, only automated responses.

Overall this experience has been embarrassing on your part and frustrating on my part. I have waited over 3 weeks to receive money that is mine and no apology or compensation has been offered. I am a gold loyalty member and I have been treated as though I’m not a member at all.
