Delayed Payment


Hi there,

So I made my withdrawal for $20,000 on the 17/09/2019 and it’s now been over a week now and nothing is been processed. I have contacted support and payments team on numerous occasions and i seem to be getting mixed response from them. The main reason has been due to a technical error which in my opinion shouldn’t take longer than one week.

Please look into this for me.
