Delay of $650 payment
As a customer of emu casino, I wish to withdraw my money then transfer into my personal account which I had linked before in this emu casino,what happen is they didn't ask the player put their ID printer name ,thats why i type in my Helen instead my ID first name,but the family name remain the same.
To get the money to be return ,they have to ask the player to submit all document including photo ID,bank card ,also one letter which prove the address I live,after I submit all the required document they sent me an email which they said I was using the third party's bank account.In fact the bank account is registrated under my name for sure, even the letter they sent to me to confirm it with my full name on it,now I think they just made up an excuses to delay or refuse to pay me the $650 .
The emu casino support team even can not tell you how long I need to wait until,there is no time frame at all,as soon as you need their help they close the chat box immediately without notice you,that is not good sign of customer service centre,as a customer I don't want to throw my money away by this way.
I don't know how long it will takes to verify my detail be approved ,and now they deny my bank account is under my name.
I have sent a further request to their security by email but have not had a response. I am very concerned as at no time was I advised by the Casino that Australian residents could not participate and I dont know how I am to get my funds of now back
