I've continued to try and have my account verified at Emu.
Website stipulates "Submitted documents are processed by our Security Team within a maximum of 24 hours".
We're going on 48 hours, and yet to have account verified.
I have tried to call Customer service office (multiple times this morning) to resolve and no one was available to take a call.
I've spoken to customer support who advised unable to speak to verification team.

At this point i'm becoming increasingly concerned, as any ounce of customer service or care has been neglected; although they were quick to accept any deposits into my account.
In Emu Casinos terms and conditions it states “Submitted documents are processed by our Security Team within a maximum of 24 hours”.
After waiting initially 3 days to have my account partly verified - It's been another 4 days since I resubmitted my proof of address document, and still no reply. I am still unable to have my account verified and make a withdrawal.
Support Staff can only advise they apologies for the delay, and reiterate that it could take "another" 24 hours. I have also emailed multiple times, called the office number - which no one answers - and still no response or accountability taken towards resolving my account validation.
I've followed up and emailed - 11th of April at 6:27, 12th of April at 08:02, 06:34pm, and again yesterday the 13th of April at 02:15. No one has replied or actioned the last remaining document.
