Blocked from playing, two days later still no info why

I've been mysteriously been blocked from playing in this website. Not knowing whats the issue.

Its now day 2 and still have no clear answers. Kept saying I will be emailed by the payments and security team.

Would appreciate if someone could shed light to me being blocked from playing.

Any warnings or a heads up before blocking me would be great, I could have assisted on any issue but straight up after hours of play suddenly got blocked is just annoying.

We can confirm that there was a glitch within the Casino Hold'em game that was caused due to a technical issue. After investigating gameplay we noticed that there was a pattern within the betting and found that the customer was taking financial advantage of this glitch.

We respect that the glitch was not caused by the customer but as the customer took advantage of the glitch and a decision to block the player's account was made and I would like to point out it clearly states within our terms and conditions that players account will be frozen.

6.5 System malfunction

The use and abuse of a bug in any of the gaming software provided through any software offered through EmuCasino is illegal. EmuCasino.com shall take all necessary measure in case of a use and/or abuse of a bug from a customer as blocking of the customer account, freezing of the funds and eventually legal proceedings.
