Applying absurd fees on withdrawals


On Saturday I withdrew $50 on 2 seperate occasions, and today i have revived only $60 from emu casino when it should be just under $100, I’ve emailed them and they keep saying it’s my banks taking the fees out, and they are not giving me a photo of the transaction they have sent to my bank (common wealth bank) they keep avoiding it, no matter what I say they keep saying it’s my bank, would like to know why this is happening as it’s happening to a previous withdraw before this also and I left it but not this time.

Based on the given screenshots, it is obvious that we've transferred the full original withdrawal amount to your account. Depending on the receiver’s bank, there is a high likelihood that there are intermediary banks that do charge fees to process through them.

Appreciate if you could liaise with your bank to ensure what are the charges from their intermediary banks to receive the funds.

I got my final $50 withdraw yesterday and received this amount, if all the withdraws are identical shouldn’t they all be the same

This is what they sent me, I just don’t understand why my my bank would take $20 as a fee?
