After 9 days my withdrawal still not processed

Hi askgamblers i need your help. I requested to withdraw my winnings of $1,230 last July 11, 2019 and up to now thr status is still pending. The request is already gone in their Withdraw section it says "no pending withdraw" so i thought it is already approved but when i checked the Histroy section of my transaction the status of the request is still pending. I tried to communicate with their live chat and sent an emails as well but its the same response "Apologies bla bla.." ..I think this casino keep stalling and if they see possible not to give the winnings at all. I would not recommend this casino to anyone it is very frustrating to get your money withdrawn it takes agesssss for verification and now i think without any help from askgambler and alike you won't get your winnings at all.
