Account blocked after big win

Hey Emu,
Very confused as to what is going on in the early hours of the 11th of June I won around 19 thousand I then finished up the verification process and self excluded my self so I couldn’t touch the money I have since then seen my account has been blocked have tried to contact them on all front and been met with a generic bot response saying they are having IT trouble and to check back in soon this was now two days ago no one answers there phones either and there is no 24 hour live support I just want my account unblocked to check on the status of verification so I can then withdraw the 19 thousand please

I have checked your account and I can see that there are no restrictions in place but if you are having trouble logging in please contact our customer service team as they are 24/7 so there should be no reason why they are uncontactable.

I do say that you need to complete KYC before a withdrawal can be made. Can you please check your email as a member of our payments team has asked for further information.
