Have been trying to withdraw for 2weeks and have been asked to submit various documents which I have provided!
Whenever I ask them for an update I keep getting told that they do not know when they will be able to complete the verification? Or how long I will be made to wait!
Never experienced anything like it.
They kept coming back asking for more and more documents to which I have provided them everything and the customer service goes as far as saying the people I have been emailing do not exist? And this situation is unacceptable as I am yet to ever experience such a wait to access my funds!
Can you please help?
