Hey community,
i did a other complaint for my problem, but i just saw and found now the duelz casino, where i have the problems.
On wednesday i did a withdrawl and received a message from support that i need to upload documents. I did so and now i still didnt get any answer. When i ask on live chat they just tell me that they have much work do to, or something like today " i dont have any informations for you". Oh ye before i forget to say that, on tuesday i also won and withdrawled money, and i received it on the same day !!! But than for some reasons on wednesday after i won again they want the documents.
The amount of money is 340 Euro.
I would really appreciate your help.

Just wanted to say, that i got the money yesterday.
I still wouldnt recommend this casino. I waited 7 days. And i got the money cuz i contacted someone from gamblejoe, who contacted someone in their management. Otherwise i think it would take much more longer.
