This is the transactions, my bank sign the document, also screenshot from my bank.
But transactions from duelz does not show pending/cancel deposit
What happened was, I deposit and the site was loading, then error 404 comes up, so I tried again, (3) more times, then I check my bank account and all 4 times was charge, so I contact the support, and they say it was a deley, so i waited but nothing happend, so they say I must wait untill it's finish reservation on my bank account, then the money bounses back, but it did not, I tried for over a week to contact them but they do not fix the problem.
