I have two pending withdrawal requests of €500 each via Mastercard (total €1,000 pending):

Both are stuck at status “In Bearbeitung” (Step 2: Überprüfung der Transaktionsanfrage).
According to casino rules, max 3 pending withdrawals at a time, with €500 daily limit. After these two, no further withdrawals can be requested until one is processed. However, neither has progressed in over one month, blocking the remaining €5,000 real balance.
The account shows “Abhebungen gesperrt / Auszahlungen sind vom Anbieter beschränkt” (screenshot attached). Despite completed verification (initial rejection caused 2 weeks delay, later approved – proof attached), no movement has occurred.
Support responses have been vague and repetitive: “high volume of requests”, “financial department is aware”, “being processed”, “funds are safe” – without any concrete payout date, transaction proof, or explanation for the restriction.
The latest response (11.02.2026) falsely claims the account is “temporarily locked” for additional document review and verification, even though:
• Verification was already completed and approved weeks ago,
• No open verification section or upload request is visible in the profile.
This contradicts the advertised processing times for card payments (1–5 business days). The max-3-pending rule and “gesperrt” message are being used to indefinitely delay payouts. There is also a prominent button to “Alle stornieren – 1000.00 €”, pressuring players to cancel.
