Delayed payment of withdrawing funds

Hi I made a withdrawal on 20/4 for 500 euros , 21/4 for 500.00 euros and on 22/4 for 500 euros I have a real balance of 8500.00 so total winnings to withdraw 10,000.00 euros.
I was told that withdrawals would be processed within 3 business days 1 day after the withdrawal was made but I haven’t received anything
When I contact the casino I’m told that there is a delay in processing payments I understand that but I have seen numerous articles online that they are facing to same situation and being fobbed off with no other explanation.
I don’t feel like I’m getting proper clarity at all .. I have emailed customer service but haven’t got a response.. when I contact live support I’m getting the same message that there is a delay but my funds are safe.
I would jute like some assistance and to Try and get this resolved as soon as possible

No verfication and no payments
I would like to outline my current situation with Dudespin Casino, as both my account verification and my withdrawals are being extremely delayed.

**At the end of March 2026, I won a total of around 30,000 CHF** at Dudespin. Initially, a few smaller withdrawals were processed successfully ($3 \times 1,000 \text{ CHF}$ and $1 \times 500 \text{ CHF}$). Shortly after, however, all further withdrawals were left as **"pending"**, and the casino requested a full KYC/verification process.

**On April 13, 2026, I submitted all requested documents in full**, including:

* ID document
* Proof of address
* Payment/card verification
* Additionally, at a later date, a selfie verification holding my ID

Since then, my verification status has been **permanently "under review"**. This process has now been dragging on for **nearly 7 weeks**. Despite contacting VIP support and live chat numerous times, I have been receiving the exact same generic responses for weeks:

* My case is still with the finance/verification department
* I need to remain patient
* No specific timeframe can be provided

**On May 18, 2026, VIP support even informed me that my verification was now being processed "with priority."** Despite this assurance, absolutely nothing has been resolved to date.

A few days ago, the three "pending" withdrawals that had been outstanding since the end of March were **suddenly cancelled and credited back to my casino account**. Upon inquiry, VIP support confirmed in writing that this cancellation was directly linked to the ongoing verification.

**Key Points:**

* **My account remains active**
* **My winnings have not been voided**
* **The balance is still fully visible**
* **No allegations of fraud or rule violations** have ever been made against me
* Despite this, **not a single further withdrawal has been processed** since late March

Additionally, **I opened a complaint on Casino Guru**. According to Casino Guru, Dudespin **failed to respond to my case** despite multiple contact attempts, even though the casino actively replies to many other complaints on the platform. As a result, my complaint was ultimately **closed as unresolved**.

I have provided all requested documents, cooperated fully at every step, and yet I have been waiting for **almost two months** without a concrete solution or a reasonable timeframe for the completion of my verification and the payout of my winnings.

I have two pending withdrawal requests of €500 each via Mastercard (total €1,000 pending):

• One requested on 06.01.2026 at 02:38:39, Transaction ID: ee3b7bc1-0fde-47c2-bc02-f92272b65349

• One requested on 07.01.2026 at 07:19:52, Transaction ID: b81beb3c-c946-48b8-b179-466e9ba49881

Both are stuck at status “In Bearbeitung” (Step 2: Überprüfung der Transaktionsanfrage).

According to casino rules, max 3 pending withdrawals at a time, with €500 daily limit. After these two, no further withdrawals can be requested until one is processed. However, neither has progressed in over one month, blocking the remaining €5,000 real balance.

The account shows “Abhebungen gesperrt / Auszahlungen sind vom Anbieter beschränkt” (screenshot attached). Despite completed verification (initial rejection caused 2 weeks delay, later approved – proof attached), no movement has occurred.

Support responses have been vague and repetitive: “high volume of requests”, “financial department is aware”, “being processed”, “funds are safe” – without any concrete payout date, transaction proof, or explanation for the restriction.

The latest response (11.02.2026) falsely claims the account is “temporarily locked” for additional document review and verification, even though:

• Verification was already completed and approved weeks ago,

• No open verification section or upload request is visible in the profile.

This contradicts the advertised processing times for card payments (1–5 business days). The max-3-pending rule and “gesperrt” message are being used to indefinitely delay payouts. There is also a prominent button to “Alle stornieren – 1000.00 €”, pressuring players to cancel.
