when I withdraw them asked me some documents such as copies of passport and bank statement .
and I was handed a document to them and they say :
Dear Federick ,


I am writing to inform you that your account ' wichas ' has been closed .


Unfortunately you did not pass our risk filters. According to the point 10 of our Terms and Conditions " The Company reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you" .

because of all the documents that I presented was true and very clearly visible .
