Withdrawal issue 32000 EUR

Hello, I deposited multiple thousand last year. Lost much, kept 1k in the Account and half a year later I started playing on the site again.

I started withdrawing some money and put my account on a 24h time-out. That timeout was cancelled after roughly 12 hours and I was sent an email with a small Bonus, 25 free spins if I recall correctly. Those didnt work out, but I continued on playing and played it up to 32000€.

Then I received an email that they would send me a letter to prove my address. The address that they mentioned isn't complete, it's missing the street number, as in they sent it to for example "Main Street" instead of "Main Street 12", at least according to the Email I received. I have told them that I can prove my address by sharing government documents and that the address they sent isn't complete. (I of course had put my entire address on the Website).

I have also asked if they can give me the tracking number for the letter if they are insistent on sending a letter. I did not receive a tracking number.

I did not receive the letter they said they had sent.

I had sent them a document digitally signed from my government proving my address. They claim that the address wasn't correct and isn't the same as the one I had set in my profile. That is incorrect, I can even prove it. In 2023 they confirmed my address change to the one also stated in the document I provided.

This is a lot of money for me, like a lot a lot. I only make little income. If Ditobet gives me my money I will be happy to tell everyone, including this Website, but I'm extremely worried right now.

Their Live Support is also extremely unhelpful.

I attached the Emails with them about the issue and the one where they confirmed my address.

Ditobet closed my Account with about 750 Euro

Ditobet closed my Account with about 750 Euro, there was no reason why. I cant withdraw, nothing. Dont know why, in Chat they said i should write to [email protected], nothing more, but no answear from that Email Adress...as you can see, Alan from Ditobet answeared me from [email protected], and said, you can see what attached...

Please Help, i only wanted to have my money i have won...i have played only Friendly Games, no suspicious games.

I think they are delaying withdrawal

Ditobet is delaying payments with made up extra KYC process. I created my Ditobet account over a year ago, played some and withdrew my money. At that time Ditobet asked mandatory documents for KYC (ID and utility bill for address verification) which I provided and they paid me with no problems. I made new deposit several months ago and started playing in Ditobet again, won some money and tried to withdraw.

Now Ditobet is asking again same documents which they have approved already before, asking them one at the time so they can waste as much time as possible. Usually casinos and sportsbooks are very straightforward and give all the document requirements at once but Ditobet comes up with new requirements every time the last one is verified so they can abuse their power and delay payment as much as possible. It’s pretty ridiculous that the exact account has been verified already and I have made successful withdrawals but somehow they need the same documents again? I have been working on this industry before and I know the delaying tactics are made up to frustrate the customer and hope they cancel withdrawals and continue playing. Ditobet is doing exactly that.

After 1 year account locked without the reason and response

Hello,

I send out an email last week , but the complaint was rejected because i had to wait a couple of days for ditobet to respond.

Also I added all the conversation transcripts and emails from the last 2 weeks and from a year ago when I joined.

Also added some printscreen from deposits( astropay and revolt) and some of the withdrawals that I received from them.

Since the 22 december when I first send out an email to risk department I haven't received any feedback or response from this department. I send out an email because I recently moved to another appartment ( same country, just another city ) (of course no response on that email).

I started ditobet last year, I send over all the documents and the documents where verified and checked. Over this last year I have deposited and withdrew more then a dozen times ( I'm sure more then that) without any problems.

This month I deposited without any problems, but the problems started when I first withdrew I think about 4000 euro, the status of withdrawal stayed on new for a couple of days. After a couple of days I declined the withdrawal and played with it more to around 8k ( I only do sports betting). Meanwhile I withdrew 1k and again status remained on new for days. Today I wanted to log on my account and it said "client locked". I have send an email to support@mail.ditobet.ladesk.com and other departments all answer me in a day (telling me to wait for risk department). I have send out multiple reminders to risk none have been answered

- I have only 1 account, play on my pc and phone ( only sports betting).

- verified my account over 1 year ago all documents where checked by them and approved

- deposited and withdrew all year without problems thousands of euros

- attached email you can see when I verified account, also attached some deposits just in the last couple months alone ( these are with revolut) did more with bank transfer but cant make screenshot of that app safety

- Their is about 8k on my account

Ditobet casino doesn't answer at all after locking my account with 2000 euros inside

I would like to share my issue with Ditobet casino. I registered there and won 2 000 euros. Then I received an e-mail that a letter from Curacao is sent to my address in order to verify my address. However when I tried to log in and to upload address verification I found out that my account is locked. I sent an e-mail asking why and I didn't receive any answer/email for 8 days. Then, I sent several e-mails but still no one made the effort to write me an email. I think that`s not normal.

Then I received an e-mail stating that they would like to make a video verification which I accepted and I asked when. Another 7 days passed with no answer/e-mail. For me, that`s not normal and adequate behaviour.

That`s why I decided to share my issue. I want to be helpful to the gambling society. People should see how a client of Ditobet is being treated.

Would you please help me and share this case? I am ready to cooperate with any documents, etc.

Account closed based on unproven accusations

On 26.04.2023. I received mail from [email protected]:

"Your account "napalk" is closed due to terms violation (together with "petruzalek88").

You are not allowed to use our services! " and also they are accusing me of multiple account.

I can only say that I have just one account and I don't know who is "petruzalek88". I even don't know anybody who has Dito account. I registered on Ditobet 11.07.2022. and made full verification (sent them all my documents). Since then I made 13 deposits of 100€ from my Binance account - that make sum of 1300€, and I also made 2 withdrawals 200€+300€ - total withdrawal was 500€. Now when they closed my account I had around 870€ on my balance. If they don't what me to play there, I think that they should at least give me back my money that I deposit there - that should be 800€. I used Ditobet for sport betting. I've sent email to [email protected] but they are not responding.

Sent postal code to wrong address then locked 33 000 euro inside account as a consequence

Hi!

I have quite a silly case here. My 33 000 eur inside ditobet is locked due to them wanting to verify my address with a letter with a code. They send this letter to (please sensor the address to the public) < removed > Oslo, Norway. My address is < removed > 9, < removed > Oslo, Norway. They sent it without the correct details and I never received the code. Due to me not receiveing the code, they locked my account. Due to them locking my account I dont have access to my 33 000 euro balance. You see how silly this is?

I suggest ditobet casino send the letter to the complete address this time? You verified that my address was < removed > 9, <removed > Oslo, Norway (please sensor the address to the public) when I sent you proof of address through your document uploader. Why did you send a letter to a incomplete address?

I ask ditobet to stop sending letters to incomplete addresses and send me a letter to the actul address I am verified with. I will be here for any assistance to verify my account to their full satisfaction. Have a great day all.

Closed my account without response

I played with this site and everything seemed great. After I played a while, I tried to make a withdrawal.

Next thing I know, my account is closed with message "Client locked" and I cannot even log in. I tried to get in touch with support, but they couldn't help. After a while, they responded with the message "Account is closed for terms violation - providing false info."

I knew this to be wrong, so I asked them what information was supposedly false. I thought it was a misunderstanding, so I offered to prove that all my information was indeed...correct.

But that didn't help. Ditobet stopped responding completely to emails, and chat still couldn't help, so I still don't know what was behind their reasoning to close my account and keep my entire deposit for appr. €600-700, and I never got any chance to clear up and misunderstanding.

Very strange behavior.

Processed withdraw does not arrive and no further answer

Far more than a week ago ditobet processed a withdraw. My account was already verified. I decided to close my account because they processed the remaining amount of 2000€ but it did not arrive on my bank account. The chat told me to contact risk department and so I did. But the risk department only answered once that they are not the right one to answer my question if they really processed the funds. I need your help because it seems as if ditobet did not even process the funds although they told me they did.

50000 CAD Stolen from me by this casino

Yes, you read that right... fifty thousand dollars

I went on a really lucky winning run and ran a few thousand up to $50k .

I had sent in all my documents and I had a note above my profile that said "fully verified" in all green letters, which means all my documents I sent were approved. They then randomly disabled my account and I could not log back in. They requested another form of ID (different from the first one that was already verified) and I sent that and they approved it as well. They then told me they would send me a code to my cellphone and I would need to take a selfie holding up a piece of paper that has the code written on it as well as my id. The code never came.... They then told me they would mail the code to my home address (actual mail, not email.) And of course, that never came either and it's been almost a month and they stopped replying to my emails and have completely ghosted me.

They just stole $50k from me !!!!
