After 1 year account locked without the reason and response

Hello,

I send out an email last week , but the complaint was rejected because i had to wait a couple of days for ditobet to respond.

Also I added all the conversation transcripts and emails from the last 2 weeks and from a year ago when I joined.

Also added some printscreen from deposits( astropay and revolt) and some of the withdrawals that I received from them.

Since the 22 december when I first send out an email to risk department I haven't received any feedback or response from this department. I send out an email because I recently moved to another appartment ( same country, just another city ) (of course no response on that email).

I started ditobet last year, I send over all the documents and the documents where verified and checked. Over this last year I have deposited and withdrew more then a dozen times ( I'm sure more then that) without any problems.

This month I deposited without any problems, but the problems started when I first withdrew I think about 4000 euro, the status of withdrawal stayed on new for a couple of days. After a couple of days I declined the withdrawal and played with it more to around 8k ( I only do sports betting). Meanwhile I withdrew 1k and again status remained on new for days. Today I wanted to log on my account and it said "client locked". I have send an email to suppor­­­t­@­m­­a­­il.d­­i­­­t­ob­­­et.l­­­ad­­­e­sk.com and other departments all answer me in a day (telling me to wait for risk department). I have send out multiple reminders to risk none have been answered

- I have only 1 account, play on my pc and phone ( only sports betting).

- verified my account over 1 year ago all documents where checked by them and approved

- deposited and withdrew all year without problems thousands of euros

- attached email you can see when I verified account, also attached some deposits just in the last couple months alone ( these are with revolut) did more with bank transfer but cant make screenshot of that app safety

- Their is about 8k on my account

i wouldt say fully resolved , i'm in the process of withdrawing my remaining balance and leaving this site for good as they have limited my sports betting to a minimum without explanation. Ditobet is stalling this process.

Also they told me they would change my adress on my account to my new one. 3 weeks later its still the old....

From your last answer makes me wonder if you even read my responses or even have contact with your departments.
On 17 januari i posted that the verification was cleared. But you are still talking about ongoing verification process ????

As my account has been permanently limited (no more than 100 euro profit) i found it not worth to stay on this site.
In the previous year when i was losing hundreds and thousand of euros i was never limited , yet when i make some money.... the only explanation they dont want to tell is i was making a profit. They keep reffering to risk risk risk , seems like the only department that doesnt need to explain or show proof is that department.....

So i have started the proces of withdrawing all my money. 2 payments have been allowed. Even with the withdrawing its a pain in the ass.... i have to just wait it out for a couple of weeks (months) till my balance is fully withdrawn. Then im out

To the ASKGAMBLER people i want to thank you for helping me , and atleast speeding this process a bit. I 100 procent believe without you guys they would have never responded and dragged this even longer. again TYVM!

To ditobet ; you have made this experience a living hell , first locking me out of my account after 1 year (from a verified account) , then having to make me send dozens of emails , and not responding or weeks, then reffering me to different departments , then making me verify again to then limiting ALL my bets to such a small profit (without explaining why), to then making me wait over a week to clear a withdrawel (as it states in your rulebook it should be 24hrs to allow payment ). To then have a withdraw via revolut canceled because you have problems with it , but you can still deposit via revolut (this problems has been on for months with revolut if you can withdraw then just get rid of revolut). And never have you ever come with a decent solution or compensation (to only say sorry we are busy)

Withdrawal issue 32000 EUR

Hello, I deposited multiple thousand last year. Lost much, kept 1k in the Account and half a year later I started playing on the site again.

I started withdrawing some money and put my account on a 24h time-out. That timeout was cancelled after roughly 12 hours and I was sent an email with a small Bonus, 25 free spins if I recall correctly. Those didnt work out, but I continued on playing and played it up to 32000€.

Then I received an email that they would send me a letter to prove my address. The address that they mentioned isn't complete, it's missing the street number, as in they sent it to for example "Main Street" instead of "Main Street 12", at least according to the Email I received. I have told them that I can prove my address by sharing government documents and that the address they sent isn't complete. (I of course had put my entire address on the Website).

I have also asked if they can give me the tracking number for the letter if they are insistent on sending a letter. I did not receive a tracking number.

I did not receive the letter they said they had sent.

I had sent them a document digitally signed from my government proving my address. They claim that the address wasn't correct and isn't the same as the one I had set in my profile. That is incorrect, I can even prove it. In 2023 they confirmed my address change to the one also stated in the document I provided.

This is a lot of money for me, like a lot a lot. I only make little income. If Ditobet gives me my money I will be happy to tell everyone, including this Website, but I'm extremely worried right now.

Their Live Support is also extremely unhelpful.

I attached the Emails with them about the issue and the one where they confirmed my address.
