Ditobet casino doesn't answer at all after locking my account with 2000 euros inside

I would like to share my issue with Ditobet casino. I registered there and won 2 000 euros. Then I received an e-mail that a letter from Curacao is sent to my address in order to verify my address. However when I tried to log in and to upload address verification I found out that my account is locked. I sent an e-mail asking why and I didn't receive any answer/email for 8 days. Then, I sent several e-mails but still no one made the effort to write me an email. I think that`s not normal.
Then I received an e-mail stating that they would like to make a video verification which I accepted and I asked when. Another 7 days passed with no answer/e-mail. For me, that`s not normal and adequate behaviour.
That`s why I decided to share my issue. I want to be helpful to the gambling society. People should see how a client of Ditobet is being treated.
Would you please help me and share this case? I am ready to cooperate with any documents, etc.

We regret to inform you that following the submitter's confirmation that the issue, subject to this dispute, has already been raised with the police and, taking into account the fact that the parties did not reach a mutual agreement of settling the dispute, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to close this complaint as unresolved. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.
As soon as the AskGamblers Complaint Team is notified about the investigation's final results on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.
What an arrogance! These are dangerous people! This legendary verification letter never comes to the address which is obvious from the other complaints here and not only here. Dust in the eyes!
I just came back from the police. I found out that these guys are Bulgarians and I contacted them in LinkedIn. They blocked me. However I know their names and now an investigation is being started. I am lucky that I am a Bulgarian and I have a trace. However as I see in the previous unresolved complaint, the client is from Norway, so he does not have my options.
It is very funny. One of this guys has claimed in his LinkedIn profile thah he is now working for Ditobet as a Head of Trade. However he told me that he does not work anymore there, he threathened me and then blocked me. Here is his profile

However as I said, I already made my complaint in the police. I will send them the number of the complaint. I hope justice will be given.
I repeat - these are dangerous guys. It is an example how a group of people can invent a website, cheat people without being regulated. Please, share this to all forums. These guys are still accepting deposits
Ongoing KYC address verification. A verification email was sent on 24.04.2023 and for the time being we haven´t received any reply. If the user fails to verify his address within 30 days and/or his identity, we will return the deposit.
