Closed my account without response

I played with this site and everything seemed great. After I played a while, I tried to make a withdrawal.

Next thing I know, my account is closed with message "Client locked" and I cannot even log in. I tried to get in touch with support, but they couldn't help. After a while, they responded with the message "Account is closed for terms violation - providing false info."

I knew this to be wrong, so I asked them what information was supposedly false. I thought it was a misunderstanding, so I offered to prove that all my information was indeed...correct.

But that didn't help. Ditobet stopped responding completely to emails, and chat still couldn't help, so I still don't know what was behind their reasoning to close my account and keep my entire deposit for appr. €600-700, and I never got any chance to clear up and misunderstanding.

Very strange behavior.

First, thank you for finally humbling yourself to reply, after just ignoring me all this time. If this was your accusation all along, I don't understand why you didn't tell me straight away, so I could have the opportunity to clear up any confusion.

Second, since you waited for so long to find a reason, I'm not sure whether to take this accusation seriously or if it's something ad hoc. I'm not sure what you're really accusing me of but I have provided you with government documents to verify who I am. I have only one account on your casino. If there are any other persons on your casino impersonating me, I would love to hear it.

Third, as for IP, I'm a student, going to university and sharing lodging so I have used your casino, also on public Wifis. There might be others using your casino here too but I wouldn't know. I didn't think that was a problem as long as I have my own accommondation.

Fourth, IT IS my number. I can show you my phone bills, both current and previous, verified with company logos, to show it. I can send texts or call or whatever you like. I can also show you the phone log, as I don't remember any foreign calls that might have been you.

Our Risk team has detected this account as fraud. This one is the second account registered by the same user ( device and IP match as well as the same betting behaviour). The phone number is unreachable. According to our terms and conditions:
2.5. You are only allowed to register one Account with Ditobet. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple Accounts registered with us. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, and/ or third parties operating on your behalf. You can have only one account per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, IP address, mobile device and/or shared computer, i.e. Public library or workplace.
Currently, the account is closed and has a negative balance of €300 as the user has already processed withdrawals which exceed the sum of all deposits.

Withdrawal issue 32000 EUR

Hello, I deposited multiple thousand last year. Lost much, kept 1k in the Account and half a year later I started playing on the site again.

I started withdrawing some money and put my account on a 24h time-out. That timeout was cancelled after roughly 12 hours and I was sent an email with a small Bonus, 25 free spins if I recall correctly. Those didnt work out, but I continued on playing and played it up to 32000€.

Then I received an email that they would send me a letter to prove my address. The address that they mentioned isn't complete, it's missing the street number, as in they sent it to for example "Main Street" instead of "Main Street 12", at least according to the Email I received. I have told them that I can prove my address by sharing government documents and that the address they sent isn't complete. (I of course had put my entire address on the Website).

I have also asked if they can give me the tracking number for the letter if they are insistent on sending a letter. I did not receive a tracking number.

I did not receive the letter they said they had sent.

I had sent them a document digitally signed from my government proving my address. They claim that the address wasn't correct and isn't the same as the one I had set in my profile. That is incorrect, I can even prove it. In 2023 they confirmed my address change to the one also stated in the document I provided.

This is a lot of money for me, like a lot a lot. I only make little income. If Ditobet gives me my money I will be happy to tell everyone, including this Website, but I'm extremely worried right now.

Their Live Support is also extremely unhelpful.

I attached the Emails with them about the issue and the one where they confirmed my address.

After 1 year account locked without the reason and response

Hello,

I send out an email last week , but the complaint was rejected because i had to wait a couple of days for ditobet to respond.

Also I added all the conversation transcripts and emails from the last 2 weeks and from a year ago when I joined.

Also added some printscreen from deposits( astropay and revolt) and some of the withdrawals that I received from them.

Since the 22 december when I first send out an email to risk department I haven't received any feedback or response from this department. I send out an email because I recently moved to another appartment ( same country, just another city ) (of course no response on that email).

I started ditobet last year, I send over all the documents and the documents where verified and checked. Over this last year I have deposited and withdrew more then a dozen times ( I'm sure more then that) without any problems.

This month I deposited without any problems, but the problems started when I first withdrew I think about 4000 euro, the status of withdrawal stayed on new for a couple of days. After a couple of days I declined the withdrawal and played with it more to around 8k ( I only do sports betting). Meanwhile I withdrew 1k and again status remained on new for days. Today I wanted to log on my account and it said "client locked". I have send an email to suppor­­t@­m­a­il.d­i­­tob­­et.l­­ad­­esk.com and other departments all answer me in a day (telling me to wait for risk department). I have send out multiple reminders to risk none have been answered

- I have only 1 account, play on my pc and phone ( only sports betting).

- verified my account over 1 year ago all documents where checked by them and approved

- deposited and withdrew all year without problems thousands of euros

- attached email you can see when I verified account, also attached some deposits just in the last couple months alone ( these are with revolut) did more with bank transfer but cant make screenshot of that app safety

- Their is about 8k on my account
