Stalling payments for months!


Withdrawn 5 times totalling about 7,000 AUD.
The first withdrawal was made on November 27 2016. The second one was on November 28 2016. The third, fourth and fifth were made in December 2016.

The first withdrawal was processed and approved on December 14 although received the money on December 24 in my bank account (it was about 750 AUD).

The second withdrawal although it was only 560 AUD hasnt been approved yet as of today and have chat with online customer agents numerous times and promised they will pay soon. Two nights ago, I got very annoyed and I said to them I am going to call my bank to get all deposits reversed b submitting to the bank all screen caps of the transactions, winning, and losing and the casino web reviews. They got upset and said I was going to commit fraud if I reverse all deposits and my account has now been suspended (notice suspended accounts cannot receive money and will not be sent money by this casino).

I just chat with them again to unsuspend the account and said to them I hadn't called the bank yet and not going to call the bank for another month( 2 months waiting for 560 AUD is very long but I can wait and see if they will deposit 560 AUD for 2 months waiting time). They said they forwarded the reopening account to management.

Now I am honestly just worried they will never send my money, Because about 80% of all withdrawn money are my own money. I won only about 20% of it.

Any suggestions?

Could we please ask for you to confirm that your withdrawals been received and due to the fact that you have taken further actions on your deposits that the matter is now considered closed and your account with the casino is frozen due to these actions.

We would appreciate the feedback.

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Indio Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is happy to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

The account was unsuspended after having chat to one of the online customer support people and told to write an email directly to the pitboss last week.

The 566 AUD withdrawal was processed 2 days ago and I have received it now. So it takes only 2 days for me to receive it. The first withdrawal took 10 days for me to receive it.

Three outstanding withdrawals left.

The first and the second withdrawals were processed and approved on exactly the same day of the month. The 13th of Dec and the 13th of January respectively.

I think this casino only approves withdrawals once a month? This allows people to play with their own winning money, if they want to, and lose the money and therefore the casino will win the money back? And maybe because they have some amount of approved money they send to people every week, every month. They don't want to send money from than they receive weekly, monthly.
