i deposited via bitcoin 4 days ago and all customer support says is payments team will get back to you with no further information.

Something thats meant to be an instant deposit has left me waiting for nearly a week now with no sign or effort from the casino of a resolve.

Im very disappointed in the casinos customer support as they show little to no interest to help me with this matter.
