Casino hasn't sent my withdraw since May 3rd, 2012
I put in for a withdraw of $800 on May 3, 2012. Aaron e-mailed me two weeks ago telling me it would be here last week. I have e-mailed him several times. I have e-mailed Walter in the finance department. I know my banking information is correct because I got a withdraw two weeks before this one. Aaron has been wonderful on helping me stop my gambling, at my request. He made it so I can not deposit again. But, I am frustrated and seem to think since I won't be playing any more that they have decided to not send me my money.
Neither Aaron or Walter will e-mail me back. It would be nice to at least get a response as to why it is delayed. My daughter has been hospitalized back east and I need this money to fly back and help her. It would be nice to know if I am even going to get my money. I am starting to have some doubts.
