I got verified on 20th July In Diamond Reels casino. They emailed me in order to withdraw winning need deposit 25$ and wager once. I deposited on 24th July and request withdraw 168$.
They ensured me on 24th July that I will get my payout withing 3-5 working days. Everything was in good order.
I was waited till the time frame. On 31st July I chat with them and they said me due to Covid - 19 shortage of staff they are delaying. Then said that they will processed my withdrawal as soon as possible.
On 07th August one agent said me by 08th August I must received my payment.
Which request I mad eon 24th July.
Suddenly 07th August I got email that my withdrawal declined. I tried to log in but my account was locked. I contact with support.
They said your account under review you will get email soon.
Today I again contacted and they are saying my account is linked with another accounts and they void my winnings and closed my account. While I don't even know about the issue. they are saying after 17 days of approval their system today detected this issue.
I said to refund my deposited amount but the refuse to refund.
i want to know why after 17 days of verification and request withdrawal they didn't paid and refuse to refund deposit and closed my account.
