Royal Vegas Casino - Deposit Not Received

Made a deposit. Went through, and verified by iDebit. Casino claims it was not received. Will take 24-48 hrs to "Look into".

Have had verification issues with them in the past and had to resend my information 3 times. It took something like 4 weeks to receive my "winnings".

This used to be an awesome casino, but in the past year or so it has become somewhat shady. Long, long losing streaks, and casino crashes and updates.

I have tried numerous times to upload my transaction record from iDebit unsuccessfully. I will gladly email or fax it. Please let me know.

I have checked and your deposit (although it had timed out) was manually credited to your account.

I am really sorry that you experienced previous withdrawal delays but it was due to documents that were outstanding from your side and when we eventually received them there were some copies that were unclear and had to be resent.

Checked my account. The deposit is there but the current promotion at the time of deposit was not included, 50% of deposit.

As for the withdrawal issue I disagree with your explanation. I sent the documents at LEAST 3 times in different formats and I believe even a fax. The problem was NOT on my side. It is a deliberate delay tactic in the hopes that the player is unaware of the funds being refunded into their account and unknowingly gambles it away. I have had previous withdrawals and had provided my personal verification and have kept it updated as required. AND STILL you asked for RE verification. If you can operate that casino like it was operated 4+ years ago, I think you'd have a whole lot less complaints against you. Shame.
